Elaine Troisi is a writer, artist, and retired educator whose lifelong love of history, storytelling, and the resilience of the human spirit inspired her debut novel, The Urn:
After more than four decades in education, Elaine turned her attention to fiction, creating stories that explore memory, family, loss, hope, and the enduring connections between past and present. Her work often blends historical themes with deeply personal journeys, inviting readers to uncover hidden truths alongside her characters. She says she becomes so involved with her characters that they help her write her stories.
When she isn't writing, Elaine enjoys creating artwork, reading widely, and spending time with family and friends. She believes that the best stories remind us not only where we come from, but who we are. Sh is currently writing her next novel, a thriller,The Cottage.
